Spectrum Welding Supplies Ltd Standard Terms and Conditions
Below is a list of standard terms and conditions we expect all our customers to adhere to.
1. Things to know:
1.1. 'Paid in full' means a customer must pay the set amount of money in £s (pounds sterling) currency that Spectrum Welding Supplied Ltd designates to goods/services.
2. Contractual Obligation:
2.1. When either a pre-existing customer, new customer, or a potential future customer of Spectrum Welding Supplies Ltd provides Spectrum with a purchase order number, Spectrum expects that customer to pay in full for all goods and services supplied by Spectrum Welding Supplies Ltd, and that the customer acknowledges that by providing a purchase order number that they intend on 'purchasing' the required goods/services.
2.2. Whether a purchase order number is given either 'with' or 'without' Spectrum Welding Supplies Ltd quoting a customer prior for goods/services based on either pre-determined prices or verbally quoted prices, this still contractually obliges the customer to pay in full.
2.3. Whether you are a pre-existing customer, new customer, or a potential future customer, all customers must pay Proforma invoice by default before any goods leave Spectrum or any services carried out. This is unless account credit has been stipulated verbally or written for a customer .ie. 30 days accounts credit to be invoiced at the end of each month.
2.4. Which ever payment scheme a customer is setup with by our accounts department as detailed in Section 2.3, whether default Proforma payment, 30, 60 days or extended account credit, all goods must be paid for in full.
2.5. Failure to pay in full will result in any and all goods a customer has acquired from Spectrum Welding Supplies Ltd to be re-possessed by Spectrum Welding Supplies Ltd, with all goods being property of Spectrum Welding Supplies Ltd until paid in full.
